  • 8.8 E brake cables?

Anyone know of any good E-brake cables for hooking my 8.8 to my TJ?

I know you can hack it, but my cables are destroyed on both ends already. So I was looking at buying some. ECGS and M.O.R.E sell some, but it doesnt say if they work with a lifted Jeep. I have heard of people having length issues (pun intended).

    Thoughts?

no it doesn't help as thats what he already tried.. My buddy ran M.O.R.E on his lifted yj and they worked (depense on height) but he was at 4.5to 5 inches of lift.

i got mine from MORE. unfortunately they've worked for most of their life like shit. my brake just won't hold me no matter what i do. maybe bigger tires hurts it idk. or maybe i need to replace my ebrake innards since they're shot. has anybody else gotten them to work well?

Those e-brakes are just so small they suck.

If you want a good parking brake try a hydraulic line lock/ parking brake.
you can install it on your front brakes, even bigger brakes.

They are cheap $30 and easy to install if you can run brake lines.
