  • Speedo question

How do I find out how far off my speedo/odometer is with 33 and 4.56 gearing? I am interested in finding out my MPGs.

youd have to do all sorts of complicated mathematics, why waste your time when guesstimating is so much fun?

or find a calculator on the internet and it will give you a percentage of what your tire rotation is off from stock sized tires and multiply the distance by the distance you go for example if its of 13% and you went 100 miles according to your speedometer you really would have traveled 113 miles.

most likely, when i did all the math out on mine on average i was getting about 14 to 16 mpg depending how much like a grandma i drove and that was with my roof rack, 33s, and stock gears and little highway driving

i dont have a light and my tank only holds 10 gallons of fuel so i have to be really careful about not running out of gas.
