Spare Tire Bike Rack w 33" spare

Before I moved up to 33's I had a Thule spare tire carrier bike rack. Now I moved up to the BF Goodrich AT KO's and the center piece is too short since the tires are 12.5" wide. Any of you guys running a spare tire carrier with a wide tire? Advice/Suggestions?

I believe they make some sort of a spacer
