  • Rear window problem

The rear passenger side window my jeep used to occasionally go up/down, last summer i had to push the switch on the front drivers door back and down pretty hard to get the window to even move at all. Now the back pass side window wont do anything. Took apart the door, and when i pulled the plug to the window switch off, the plug came apart. All the wires were just floating around, and i tried to match up with the back drivers side door, but the wires are diff colors. I THINK it's connected right but when i hit down on the rear switch, nothing...when i hit up, the lights dim and it makes a little noise from the motor.

Anyone familiar with which color should go in which spot on the plug? or is this just a bad motor/regulator?

Check your Haynes, it should have the wiring diagrams in the back.

Check the track for the window, too. Might be something lodged in it.
