  • lift question

    can i run 6.5 in lift coils upfront with 4.5in LCA (the fixed bent ones) and stock UCA? I alredy have an adjustable track bar. And a drop pitman arm. Do I need adjustable control arms?
    Lift: 4.5" RC
    Tires: 33" BFG A/T's
    Misc: Hamerred Tan Paint, Homemade Roof Rack, Bumpers and Half Doors.

    you can probably squeeze them in there but adjustable control arms might be the way to go

        X2. Too much lift and not enough arm. Unless you dont like droop

          if you have 6.5" of lift there is no reason not to get Long Arms...

                6.5" and short arms is plain retarded, not to mention completely unnessesary.

                After 4.5" the control arm angles become so steep, it's going to ride like shit, wander on the road, and as soon as that trackbar wears out enough, it will be a factory of deathwobble.

                  And if you where going to run short arms factory uppers will not due, niether will those cheap ass lowers. Plus you can get longs arms for like 600 from rough country. But id personally spend a little more and get the Clayton it.
