dash lights

i have a95 cherokee and the dash lights went out wit running lights i fixed those but cant figurre out what it is i checked all the fuses in motor and and under dash my buddy is a pro at stereo in stall and eletrical and he looked at it to see what it could be just wondering if u guys have any idea any help would be great

check your dimmer switch...had that happen once....and your relays
