  • skid plates w/ clayton long arms

    what skid plates will work with my set up or do i have to make my own looking for a t case oil pan skid
    2000 xj 4.5 clayton longarms with wontons with a touch of
    97' zj
    2012 surbra imperza DD

      weld a piece of plate there. for what its worth, i never ran a tcase skid and never had any problems.

        i looked at that pic before its a really good idea but i couldnt make that lol

          Its really not all that impressive. It's very Simple and effective. He just got a piece of plate and cut 3/4 the way through the plate 3 inches in around the outside and bent it up.(After further review I don't know if he cut through the plate before bending it. But, that is a method you could use for doing it yourself.) Then welded the seems. And drilled some holes in it.
