Full spool vs mini spool

So the other day some one told me that a mini spool wasnt that noticeable on the street in the back of their truck. As far as i thought, a spool was a spool and the only difference was a full spool is an entire carier and a mini just replacea spiders. Is there really a difference is street ability?

A spool is a spool..... theres no difference between the two on the street.... its probably not that noticeable in his truck cuz of wheelbase... and u can really only notice on hot sticky days with aired down tires going around parkinglots....
