Hokay, sooo....
I have some wierd vibes that pulse as i go down the highway. they start when the speedo hits about 65 and it pulses at a constant rate.
now i know everyones first thought is gonna be OMG SYE...
well heres the thing, before i put the baby lift on it (2-3" idk depends which way the jeep is leaning) i could feel the same pulse but it wasnt as bad. (i think the large tires and more rotating mass is making it more noticable)
so i put a new crossmember in (old one looked like a horse shoe) no change
new drive shaft- no change
new u-joints -no change
I have a sye T-case laying around, but i really dont think thats the issue. (the pulseing rather than just a constant vibe makes me think its not the issue)
so im thinking the rear end might have a bad spot when the teeth mesh in the wrong way to make this pulse.
Anyone ever have this pulse? was it an tcase issue?
i might just throw the SYE and a new rear end in (welded)
