Drove fine last night on my way home, I went out this morning to drive to work and I have no power steering. Shaft isn't broken, pump works, high pressure line isn't plugged, and there's fluid in the reservoir. After working the steering wheel back and forth, the reservoir fills up and starts to leak out from under the cap. Any ideas?

sounds like a blockage somewhere possibly in the steering box itself. maybe?

I swapped out the pump, and cleaned both lines. Still does it.
