okay when im backing up and i hit the brakes there is a loud thunking than when i let off the brakes there is another loud thunking. the sound is deffinatly coming from the front end. has anyone had this problem before? info plz

bushings are brand new have less then 15,000 miles on them do they wear that quick?
just changed rear brakes had everything apart cleaned happened beore nd after.
mounts? this could be because im relizing that when i hit a pot hole or drive over bumps hard and fast there is a similar noise.
