  • 35" tire help

So I'm in the market for a set of new 35x12.5 r15s and can't come up with a final answer. Im looking for something great on rocks and new england mud. Will use them 90%off-road and 10% on so road manners aren't an issue to me.

That being said I am looking at the pitbull rockers, tsl, km2, and mtr. My issue is they all seam hit or miss depending who you talk to. Also I heard id have to go up to a 37" pitbull rocker to get a true 35" tire?? Thanks for any help or opinions as is rather not spend $1000 and be disappointed.

Thanks for the imput, just scares me how none aggressive the tread and/or "sidebiters" look on the kevlars.

if your not driving on the road get Iroks

work great in wet muddy or snowy conditions. I even like them on dry stuff

Iroks are 36s and run very large. My d30 already blew up once from my tsl 36s. I understand its only one inch but I think the iroks would be pushing it.

i wouldnt go with the TSLs personally, the others you mentioned are all better options IMO

by better i mean you most likely cannot go wrong with any of those in our terrain

I would go with a KM2 or Kevlar.

97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.

so both km2 and mt/r wont let me down, and interco is a no go. Anyone got info on the pitbull rockers (good/bad) i know xtreme4x4 used them a bunch. And would i be better going with a 37x12.5r15 if i want a 35" out of the pitbull?

stick with a standard 35x12.50r15 MTR, KM2, STT

                          Honestly......

90% offroad, i'd say a set of 35" radial krawlers.

ohhh and pitbull tires blow ass, they are like rustys and spend a crap load on media and advertising to make everyone think they are good
No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.

Pitbull Rockers are terrible. Kevlars, STT's, KM2'sare all great

I didnt read the 90%offraod part. Krawlers would be sweet!
