i run BDS 4.5" front coils
i switched over to them from RE 4.5s
the RE's spring rate was soft at 165lb or close to that..the BDS are rated at a linear 240lb
been happy with them thus far
FWIW deaver coils are 245-285 progressive ramp up, so they are similar...though I didnt go deaver because they are a 5.5" coil- Will

Dude... that makes no sense.
The bds is probably a higher spring rate......
What brand are yours?? spring rate??
normally if you want a softer spring you would go with a lower spring rate.
If you want to go fast you need the stiffer, higher rate spring.... (hence will's use of the BDS coils)
A coil that is designed for go fast, is only going to be stiffer on road. So why get something that is going to be stiffer than what you have, if they are already killing you??

im gonna guess it isnt coil spring related in your ride, maybe the short arms, though i recall you having drop brackets so I am not sure.
RE 5.5s are not very stiff springs as far as im aware- Will

you are on almost 6" and short arms. I believe your problem lies within that and not actually the coils.
I dont understand your logic

ya dude my logic is fucked i'm just gonna do some long arms and prolly bds springs i dont mind a stiff ride but mine is like i have i beams in the the front. i plan on doing some jeep speed shit as well so i think that will be a good combo. what you guys think. i got to get rid of the short arm and drop brackets. i'll prolly do the coils soon and the long arms after club comp.Dizz dizz go sleep sleep
