NOT REALLY TECH BUT NEED SOME INFO

I have a 88 YJ, new rebuild 4.2 with a carb, new out of the box. Engine runs great. Dont have it registered yet, I want to make sure it will pass emissions the first time around so i was wondering if anyone knows the standards for the gasses. I have a 5 Gas machine at my shop but no clue what the numbers should be for this vhl. I dont expect to get it perfect but wouldnt mind getttin it close for the first try.

any help would be great.

85 K10, 44front,ff14 rear, 350,th350,Np208, 39.5/13.5r20 IROKs. almost done
New toy 88 yj, 4.2, 5speed,231. Its getting a soa, 78 f350 dana 60s, SYE, and some 37s.
