Cherokee Head(ache)

Does anyone know off hand if a head from a Grand Chero (likely a 97) will fit an 01 Cherokee? The head on my Cherokee is cracked and therefore, dead. My friend's dad happens to have a Grand in his shop that is going to be used for parts. He offered me the head if it will actually fit without any major issues. I may have some other possibilities lined up, but the price is great, so long as it'll fit.

If the 97 had a distributor and the 01 has a coil pack there wont be any mounting holes in the head for the coil pack.
