Tomorrow I'm going to put in Dupli-color bed liner in my Jeep. Well, the can doesn't say anything about temperature but its going to be in the 30's tomorrow. Has anyone done this before in this temperature?

Yeah duplicolor stuff doesn't go on like bed liner. I used it on the outside of my jeep, here's a picture of the texture.

I didn't think it sucked to paint, I sanded my sides down really well, and put on two coats. Held up nicely, sticks left permanent scrape marks on it though. I did it in the winter as well. But it's not textured like rhino liner or herculiner.1993 XJ sport 3.5" rustys 33" MTZ's armored.
