    zachs jeep is stuck in the shop he put the apn header on and the 99.5 up intake and a bored a throttle boddy but when he starts it, it jumps to 5 grand and stays there and when he pulls the map itr dies obviously any words of wisdom i'm on my way there

    vac lines, throttle linkage, iac just check the obvious before you tear everything apart.

      My guess, an intake leak... somewhere theres gotta be an opening in a gasket, probably the manifold gasket.

        2x on that and make sure all the vac lines or good, I've done this swap to mine and it's been a while so...

          More than likely the gasket. This happened swapping the intake on my dad's slant-6 before he got rid of it.
