Eliminating Emissions And Vacuum Lines.

Listen up interweb minions...
I've been searching and reading but cant find much of anything useful. Need some sort of write-up to tell me what is essential to run and what isn't on a 79 AMC 360.
Looking to just clean up the engine bay and ditch emissions crap, as this vehicle isn't required to go through testing anymore.
Let me know what you find.

I'll ask my father. My current grand wagoneer has some emissions stuff removed. There are plates you can buy or make to cover any unsightly holes.

Just called him. There are metal emission lines that run to the exhaust manifold that are completely unneeded. My father said all they do is rot away and break balls. Remove them and seal the holes.
