  • Rusty Rockers out

Well i finally decided to cut out the shit ass rockers and replace them with some 4X2 steel tubing. It was pretty easy just had to rent a welder and put um up. I capped off the ends with 2" flat stock. Welded them in place, threw some body filler in gave it a quick sanding and flat balcked it. Looks alot better than old rusted out ones. Oh yeah i decicded to mount them on an angle just to be different. Now all i have to do is finsih the driver side...

I like it a lot as well, I would probably put a tube out or something to keep the rocks from getting up to the doors though. The way they are now I could see rocks sliding right into the bottoms of the doors.

Thanks for da cudo's... I used a lincoln mig welder that i rented from ABCO in Wallingford. Let me know i can help you knock out those rockers. After i finish the drivers side I am going to do some custom bumpers.

Definitely. I was talking to caleb yesterday and he said he was looking to head over there too, but I think he may be looking for 6x

Do you recall what the price was on the 4x2?
