XJ Suck down cross member the middle section is a roller.
Mounts from Track bar mount o Left hand drive track bar mount.
Just misses all the links track bar and steering when full compressed.
I need to tweak the track bar a little not to hit under full compression.
I had to mount the winch 180ยบ so the pull was on the bottom so it would go under the engine.
I still need to add some sheet metal to keep the cable in place but working good so far.
