ive had my 3/8" thick ones (same exact design) that we made for a long time now, and i dont hesitate to say its one the of the few things on my jeep i have without a doubt beaten the fuck out of, and they havent bent at all.

Yup, upgraded from 1/4" plate to 12/" plate. Stupidity on my part, but they're fine now.

So don't make fun of me guys since im kind of new to this lifting stuff for xj's, but i thought the rears had stock bump stops mounted from the top...? Obviously you should change them if you lift your xj, but I was wondering why bump stops are put on the bottom now?

And where can I get plates like that and those big ass bump stops?

correct they are at the top he is using this one on the plate to contact the top one
