Don't do it. The good people at Jeep made the XJ with full doors for a reason! The doors on an XJ are not just there for looks, they are also a main component in the structural support of the unibody. I personally cannot believe that any of you would even think about this. Let's make this simple; Did the XJ come from the factory with half doors? No, therefore, I wouldn't do it, not if you value the lives of your loved ones. Think about it, if it were okay to have half doors on an XJ, don't you think Jeep would have offered them as an option? IMHO, don't do it, just my $.02

dont change ur oil guys, it came from the factory with that oil for a reason.
