I'm building a front bumper for the Jeep. I already have a good start on one thanks to Andrew (nice work BTW). The plan is to make it look like a JCR pre-runner bumper like Alex P's. I drew it up quick on CAD, and even though it has a winch, the actual one will not. I was just that bored this morning.
So far - what I got from Andrew:
I started bending up some tube for the stinger using the mandrel at school and notching it using a hand grinder and the $30,000 milling machine on the ship that I taught myself how to use (since no one uses it). The bumper is going to be tied back to the steering box and then I'll end up putting on an inner box brace to strengthen up that part of the unibody. I'm open for criticism and opinions so let 'em fly!
