what size tre's do i want?? what size DOM tubing do i get so i can just thread the tubing? Anyone thats done it could you help me?

1.5" x 1/4" wall DOM will do u fine
get 7/8 x18 threaded tube inserts...unless youre hellbent on threading the actual tubing for some reason...the common GM ends dont have a common tap/threadpitch
get chevy 1 ton ends....part numbers found:
