Today i started the doorless mod on my xj. i knocked the pin out of the hinge and was planning on drilling the hole bigger and just drop a 1/4" bolt. the curve in the door wont let me drop a bolt in though. i saw on Heavy Metals page to cut the bottom of the hinge off but wont that make the door shake? and not be very strong, mine has a lot of play as it is.
