Sandblasting

I've got a set of crappily spraypainted 8 lug wheels for my Suburban I want to get cleaned up before I put new tires on them. Anyone do this, or know someone who would do it for cheap?

You'll notice Lumbergh offered to do it before anyone mentioned anything about East Haddam. I PM'd clean4dr and asked for more info. Do you know him? Last person I called wanted like $50 to do one rim.
