easier to do it here and want to make clear what i did for josh......

Basically josh had some control arm requests that no one makes. like custom length and because he's using johnny joints on his axle brackets; not only do the flanges have to be wider than that of anyone else's arms he wanted an adjustable rubber bushing end.

To help josh out i made a list of what i'd need inserts etc, bought them from work and am making these arms for josh as a favor. I'm not making any money on them and don't intend to go into business making them. Just a friendly favor. Maybe someday down the road i'll have my own shop but until then, its not a business.

Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear, but i gotta be honest about them.

(8)misalignment spacers
(1-2) BFG Km2 33x10.50
A new header... mine sounds like it is an asthmatic on open headers

install freshly valved 360/80 bilstien 7100's up front.

Need to paint
Front diff cover
rear bumper
jcr corners
rock sliders

Need to fabricate
Drop bracket braces
braces for f250 shock mounts
shock mounts on leaf spring plates

I would like all of this done before club comp... but that is not going to happen. I pick my rock rails up thursday, my km2s from Adam at the comp, and zullo should be in the process of making my arms.

I need OPINE... keep the wheels i have now.



or get wheels like these i had on before???... i can break even so money is not the issue here.

Tech"ish" question

The CEL goes on and off... the code says the TCM is not responding to the PCM or something like that... However, i notice it goes on when i start the jeep up and almost imediatley put it in drive... but if i wait a minute or two the light does not come on. WHAT GIVES???

seems like its not registering fast enough for some reason. when you let it sit before you shift it youre giving the tcm time to communicate with the pcm. when you start it and immediately shift it it doesnt have time to register it. could be a short or maybe a bad connection? dirty connection?
