    What I have done so far, just transferin here

    1999 XJ Cherokee - Project Ninja
    Bought 8/12/2008

    Drivetrain:
    4.0l/AW4
    NP231 w/ PORC SYE and stock front shaft
    HP D30 open w/ SOLID cover
    8.25 29 spline w/ Aussie locker, Riddler Cover
    stock 3.55 gears

    Suspension:
    3" Rustys HD Full pack lift
    Rustys Adjustable LCA's
    No swaybars
    Rustys shocks w/ rear BPE's
    steering stabilizer
    JKS trackbar

    Protection:
    Rustys front end skid
    Kilby Gas Tank skid
    Kilby T-case skid


    Wheels/tires:
    33/12.5 BFG MT KM1
    15x8 black cragar soft 8's

    Recovery:
    Class III Hidden Hitch with D Ring

    Other:
    2 Hella's on bumper
    Sony Head Unit
    cherry bomb turbo muffler
    Doorless Mod for the front doors


    Summer 2009 Plans:
    sliders (AJ's super squares or JCR stage 2)
    PCTFab bumpers
    1" coil spacer/1" TNT Boomerang shackle
    4.56 gears
    RuffStuff 8.25 Cover
    If there is money left over then RC X-Flex Upper/Lower Control Arms

      just thinkin out loud here: makin a list of things for this summer when i have moneys. right now im probably gonna try to get as close to a $1200 budget as i can. I'm open to suggestions

      Ridler rear 8.25 cover - 125
      used MT 33's of sort if i find a good deal (hopefully dont wanna spend more than $450)
      AJ's super squares sliders - 300 or so shipped
      Rigidco FbLTD front bumper - 350 or so shipped hopefully
      1" front coil spacer - have some already
      1" tnt boomerang shackles - $90

      look for black tailgate

      I will also be cutting the front and rear fenders and am gonna try that TJ flare setup that kyle had on his old xj with the rear tj flares up front

      also will be taking off the trim and herculining the bottom of the doors and lower rear 1/4 panels

      Still gotta install my PORC SYE also

      Im gonna be selling my 31's also. does $300 sound reasonable? they will probably be around 60% tread by then maybe a little more

        dont buy 33s until you regear. your gas mileage will go down the shitter and it'll suck to drive, take it from me. and get a ruffstuff cover you nancy.

          haha i was debating between ruffstuff and ridler. ill go ruffstuff then.

          maybe ill say screw the bumper and do some regearing than and 33's. i have some friends that know how to do it and should cut me a good deal on doing them. its just expensive but will be worth it, my gas mileage sucks with 31's right now

            youre gas mileage is gonna suck either way imho and if youre gonna end up getting 33s i think my buddy matt wants to sell his and get 35s. they used to be the dunlops i had on the landcruiser theyre pretty nasty MT
