Completed within the past 4 days:

    M.O.R.E. Bombproof plates installed
    Browndog Poly Motor Mounts
AJs super square rock rails installed and welded in
TNT long arm flex joint race replacement and repainted them
Lower Tie Rod end replaced with HDPE spacers installed and repainted.
Working on rust removal and repair patches.
Painting the undercarriage and going to be putting a rubberized undercoating on as well.

Blew my argon line today...no idea why it happened it was 5 ft from where i was welding. Maybe i kinked it moving it around. Oh and welding sheet metal as a noob sucks and i think im going to just fiberglass the holes in the back storage area as my rocker repair was terrible at best.

Got my TMR plates all welded in on both sides

I still have to fishplate my "frame" stiffeners to the TMR ones.
Got my huge tranny cooler plumbed up.
Steel ordered for my front winch bumper and should be in this week.
                Rear bumper is essentially done.
Drilled out my axle side track bar mount to 9/16 so it is ultra beef and now i have no play due to a wallowed out hole. Frame side end i tightened up and no play.

Just getting everything buttoned up for the wheeling season.

I got it from summit racing. I cant find the part number in my email but it is basically the biggest one i could find. As you can see its nearly half the size of my A/C condenser. I bought it and a trans temp gauge when my old jeeps tranny was on its way out.

                              came out fuckin great

                              to AJ

you extending side protection at all?

put a bar on there and your jeep is becoming very heavymetal-esque whether you like it or not
