So correct me if i am wrong or it does not matter but should the axle end of the shock be mounted with the bolt front to back not left to right so when the axle articulated in an arch the shock bushing wont bind?

Ok, i can see that but i can still see the eyes at the axle end binding.
why would that bind if the upper eye rotated the shock outwards freely on the bolt?
if both bushings are in-line with one another, youre going to trash bushings left and right, and if i reversed the way i mounted it, the way you see it binding would just be transferred to the upper mount.
