I got excited that I had my own smiley but alas no. Losing your stock 30 cover and Hellas was probably a feeling like no other. Like losing a family pet of 10 years

    Been doing some work.

Put a new tie rod in that I had Justin custom make me to a length I measured out, this time with full size Jeep TREs instead of the typical GM ends...this way I was able to have as little TRE threads/shank showing as possible for the strongest link, almost none at all. The FSJ TREs are straight and all thread so you can thread them all the way down to the end.

My unibody rail was cracking at the only weak point (between 2 plates) near the steering box. By cracking I mean it was basically broken, when I turned the steering wheel the bumper would move around

Dizzy helped me out, went above and beyond and helped me get the Jeep flatbedded to his Dad's shop, and laid some weld and some plate. Inside, outside, underside. KOR steering box cross-brace in the mail as added insurance.

Got some of these ARB bad boys to replace the Hella Rallye 4000s I've had on there for almost 10 years

And finally did the H4 headlight conversion everyones always talking about...worth it! Also, the stock d30 cover may have also been swapped out.......................................... :patrono:

Also sanded down, primed, and painted the door frames on it as they have seen a lot of abuse over the years from the elements.

Still plugging away on it over the next few days. Warn 9.5XP is going in, and probably some other stuff.
