  • you'd be surprised. depends on how hard you're gonna run the truck and the shock valving. stiffer valving = more stress.

but yeah. prob wont be much worse than the 5150 bushings since they lasted you however long.

                  • might be a tad soft on the compression side for high speed, but you'll find that out soon enough, and you can change that pretty easily ya own self.

                    • i actually dont know why they come so soft (compression wise) in the jeep valving, i guess because theyre considered "lighter" vehicles...but either way yeah, i wanna test it out before i delve into changing anything, it may be ok in the end

                      • 20/90 is factory for all fox shocks regardless of application unless you order them differently iirc.

i've read a couple people like running 40/60 up front on XJs, the lower rebound helps keep the front end planted over repeated bumps. if it were me i'd start at 40/65 and go from there. i'm sure you'll be more than fine running 20/90, but idk and i've never seen or read or talked to anyone about how fox's (or anyone else's really) valving is in relation to bilstein's which is based on newtons and not shim height. you might take it off road and the jeep could be way worse than the 5150s.

prepare to spend lots of time dialing the shit in, but it'll be worth it once you find a good balance.
