SO I'm 17 and have a 98 XJ with 3 RC lift and 31 M/T Retreads. I'm on a budget so this build is going to take some time, but I've always wanted to start one. SO here it goes...

well with one day with my retreads I like, good grip in the snow and mud. Very loud and heavy.

How do I get the piece under the front bumper off, with out taking off the bumper?

I like them bling rims, whats next?

not sure whats next, any sugestions. I was thinking either bumpers, and or rockers?
oh and I'm hit the JK hopefully for skids and front tow hooks.

what does a stock t case skid even look like?

it just runs diagonally from the center crossmember back to the "frame-rail", under the t-case.

Jeep looks good. I just shaved mine down with a really sharp utility knife and then took a grinder to smooth it down as much as possible.
