so i didnt get everything done i wanted to but i got some stuff done. i got the muffler on with the turndown, and took off the side molding. not i have to figure out how to get the glue stuff off. I started the doorless mod but ran out of large dremel cutting discs.

I also ventured down to the nearest surplus city and stumbled upon 75 dollars worth of metal. and i made these. 2 pieces of 2x4 .250 wall box tubing. i believe it was 60 inches or so. I didnt even cut them to fit they were perfect length already. and 1 piece of .250 wall 2 inch square tubing. I only got 1 done due to rain and leaking gauges on the welding bottle cause it fell over.

go to a good autoparts store or paint place and grab an eraser wheel. They aren't cheap but they work great for that kind of thing. They mount to a drill and really get the job done. Just make sure you use it at a low speed or you'll burn it up real quick.

i hope those work out for you. did that on my TJ and they didnt. but i beat the fuck out of them. in hindsite i would have welded a square of 3/16" plate to the frame then welded the box tubing to that so it disperses the force better and thickens up the frame at the stress point

Gettin the axles out of Pete's jeep so YAY!!!! 3.55s, rear aussie.....cant lose. This will save me a lot of money in the long run cause now having 3.55s is gonna feel like 4.10s for you auto guys, which is fine for 33s. Yes, could go lower but hey, its good enough for me.

I gotta change the name of this damn build thread too
