96 xj build

I have a 96 white xj I've owned for almost 4 years this is how it started out. I bought it stock then installed a rc 4.5 lift which I soon found out was junk. I got some cheap 31s to get me rolling.

The jeep now rolls on waggy 44s geared locked 3 link front rear shocks mounted up through the fender wells

I originally ran the jeep on 33s for awhile I bought an Aussie locker for the rear some bilstein shocks on all four corners. I wheeled it on short arms for a little while but then found a deal on rustys long arms. I wheeled the pissot of it like this along with being my dd. As the jeep started to wear out I bought a new dd and got the jeep on 35s. Wheeled it more and more until I kept braking the front axle so I decided it was time for a make over which is when I acquired a pair of waggy 44s.

Now that I have my new axles I started working on building all my brackets for the front suspension. I wanted to make it easy so I basically copied the d30 so I could keep my rustys long arms. I built everything thinking it was gonna be bolt in but I was wrong while I was at my buddy ct67_72 shop installing my gears he informed me that I had made my brackets at the wrong angles so back to the drawing board I went. I decided to go to a three link setup seemed to be very easy and effective.

Now I really got to work I got my gears Installed along with the lockers got my tubing for my arms and track bar bought some brackets for my upper link n the track bar.

I remember when you got the Aussie, shit, and the baja claws.
I have a couple pics of it when the claws were new doing a wheelie out of that hole at Daves

That green jeep is my buddy Adams its got 456 gears lockers front n rear long arms all the bolt ons we built it few years back out of another jeep he rolled doing 40 in a field it pretty much just is used to bomb around his house the frames got a hole in it Lol it has a few issues. Post up those pics if you can find those.

are those the bolts that came in the kit?

Ya they are all grade 8 like 3/8 bolts I think kinda figured there would be washers

I thought they were gonna be the counter sunk allens.
