I was having a bear of a time making the 2 bolts line up at once as I couldnt drop the tcase all the way because the tcase skid was bolted on, so Hux walked over with a 2-piece drop that went in in 2 seconds and that was it..was end of the day the last thing we did.

You still have the metal? I figure I'll just get it back and use it for any other future projects. I had an irking feeling those holes weren't going to be perfect when I realized I didn't take the measurements from the jeep itself.
Oh well. Good thing I didn't spend too much time on them.

it was less a measurement issue and more the fact the crossmember would not drop straight down without a fight...fitting the 2 pieces was easier than the one in that case
really need/want a bumper bar on this guy. 1.5" tube, bent in 2 spots. anyone help me out? can pay. would rather not pay nearly 100 dollars to JCR for a single piece of bent tube.
