Bumper got finished today. Big thanks to my Uncle Rich at our family's company Olson Steel for this one. One of the guys that works there, Wilbur, put this together. I drew up a "blueprint" of the bumper on HeavyMetal and had him make a near direct copy of it for this Jeep. It is all 3/16" plate minus the side bars and d-ring tabs (3/4" steel). Came out great.
All that is left to do to the bumper is add a pushbar similar to Heavy's and a 20" LED bar soon

Installed sliders, the LED bar, and the roof rack off Heavy (rack just for the weekend)
I took the Jeep to New Hampshire this weekend and it performed every way I thought it would. I need to bump stop the fronts to stay out of the fenders at full tuck, but I knew that, just didnt have time or the right bumpstops yet. Extremely happy with a Jeep that drives long distance with no noises, vibes, or shimmying..not to mention leather, power everything, and A/C, and can wheel mild stuff...
Thanks to Clayton Off Road, FOX Shox, Spidertrax, EVB, Nitto Tire, Down N Dirty Customs, Olson Steel, and GenRight for helping out with this build.

No SYE, its a 242 that needs a hack n tap so I skipped the headache....we actually installed the lift at Claytons and drove it out at like 5" lift in the back initially before it settled any, drove it down the road and had absolutely zero vibes...not sure how thats possible, but we put a 1" tcase drop in just for kicks. thats how I will leave it for this Jeep I think- Will
