          • Nice work on the arms. Would you have been able to get them so the mount was on the upper side of the crossmember to reduce what hangs down?

              That just turns the x-member into an anchor. With the arms lower, They can slide and transition onto the x-member.

                thats where i first tacked them..... but it also looked like when i would stuff the front wheel the lower arm would hit the unibody so i mounted them underneath..... it helped keep the arms more parallel to the ground and like dan said it will help from getting stuck if i slide on the arm then get hung up on the x member.
