So, last October I picked up a 98 xj with 99k on it from New York for 3500 with rolled change

Time for the long arm build up.
first we started on the crossmember
Made from 2x6, with angle iron on the sides. It bolts up to the uni-stiffeners

Next came the uni-body stiffeners.
Made from 3x3 3/16 angle iron. They have welded inserts for the crossmember to bolt up to.

Now it was time to start on the arms
The Lowers are made from 2"x.25 wall DOM with Trailgear Creeper joints and ballistic poly bushings.
The uppers are made from 1.75"x.25 wall DOM with Ballistic Joints
