Bought this from Complete offroad


It has a load of cool shit done to it but I have only done a small number of things to it so far.

I had a transfercase skid made up for it, replaced "extremely weak" heim joints with "weak" heim joints for now


Weld-on beadlocks


I added an extra propane tank to the truck, installed a custom horn, custom hood flap, and put in a 5 point harness on the passenger side (only had a lap belt). Thats about all ive done i think, aside from breaking things.

I have future plans to hopefully put in a brake booster because manual brakes and 4.3:1 low does not stop very well going downhill.

Then the next step is to rebuild the front 4-link because it is too weak and not triangulated enough.

Ordered shocks for this back in November I think. Got them today! I was missing two because i bent them when i broke heim joints. They are a little longer than the shocks in the truck so i think im gonna make some bump stops and run a track bar in the front. This should help the heims a little until i redo the four link.

Decided to extend the twin sticks today because i cant reach them when buckled in. Cheapest and easiest way i could think of was just threaded rod. Hard to tell in the picture but that is 1/2 in threaded rod with coupler nuts on the end.

These are just 12 inch long rods. May be a little too long but i can just chop some off if they get in the way.

Been almost a year havet done much but little things.

Put in two batteries and made holddowns



Finally put the handlebars on the pass side


I also got MTR's


I may have fixed the stalling issue too...just a year too late.
