Ford C4/Ford AOD/Etc for a transmission swap

Just blew my 3rd Slave Cylinder after just 10K from the last one...So here we go....

My DD is a 1995 F150 with a 302 and that phenomenal POS 5 speed mazda transmission, I am looking to replace that transmission (possibly Tcase) with the following....I am debating which will be quicker and cheaper

Ford C4/Dana 20 Tcase
Ford T18
Ford AOD - Preferably pre computer
TH400 to 302 Adapter (I already have a TH400 thats why i might consider it)
Ford C6

Or any other combination you guys may know of that doesnt blow like this Mazda Trans does.
