Video Camera

I'm looking for a basic video camera to film some skatepark shenanigans and other bullshit. It doesn't need to be special, as long as I can get the footage onto the computer.
I need a charger/battery. Preferably some directions as to how to use it. I'm unemployed, and broke, so make it not cost too much...
That's really all I know, if anyone wants to throw tips out there, cool, whatever, im not a film maker/ photographer.
