  • Steering Box

I know some of you guys have done durango box swaps on your rig. Do you still have your stock Cherokee box laying around and looking to get rid of it? I'm looking for a stock Steering box, or else i have to hunt around for a Sector shaft bearing and seal.

If is it just the output seal? there really easy to do and only $25.

        I know I have a box from a 96 XJ.
$100 sound good? I'm in Naugatuck.

The Sector shaft bearing is bad, allowing the sector shaft to move side to side when i turn my wheel which results in annoying clunk when i turn.

In any other circumstance i'd say $100 was fine but i'm at school now with no job. $100 is a little out of my budget. I dont want to sound like a tight wad, but if someone was just looking to get it out of their garage and had a near free price tag on it would be best.

no problem a rebuilt is $200 and the core is $200 so I figured 1/2 price would be good for used.
