its the piece that goes around the head lights and grill. it has the jeep emblem on it. it also holds the side blinkers on. I believe thats what its called, correct me if i'm wrong

I have one for a 96 that I have yet to use? Is it the same?

Also called a header panel.
Body style changed in 97.
I need one too for a 97+

They go for about $200-$300.

NAXJA probably best place to look. The ones in the junkyard are usually messed up.

best place is a pull it urself junk yard..or you can try underpass used parts in wallingford CT, the owner likes jeeps and has tons around, bound to be one there.
