I need a rear axle for a jeep cherokee with 4.56 gears.
29 spline 8.25 W/ 4.56s preferred. I don't want to see another fucking D44 in my life.
I can't deal with this shit anymore. I'm just going to swap out rear axles and through my current D44 in the garbage where it belongs.
- Blows diff fluid out of fucking everywhere. Can't drive more than a few miles without fluid dripping everywhere.
- Makes weird fucking noises. Sounds like it's ready to fucking explode.
- Cut my entire sidewall into fucking pieces on my brand new 35" KM2s.
- Pops and grinds and makes terrible noises.
What do you guys got?
How much would 4.56 gears cost for an 8.25 and how much would installation cost? I have a 29 spline 8.25 i could re-gear if it's cost effective.
