hitch nutstrip or mounting hardware

Looking to get the drivers side nutstrip for the trailer hitch. Passenger side looks a little rusty, but it might work. If not, then the mounting hardware would be great ( the ones that comes with the plates).

I made mine with flat bar and nuts tackwelded onto them
