98 Eclipse Power Steering Bracket

It's a long shot but my friend is looking for a power steering pump bracket for a 1998 Eclipse GSX. Can't seem to find one besides ebay for $50 which isn't worth it.

Has to be a bracket from a turbo eclipse.
