  • Looking for a trail rig

    Im kinda starting to look around for something i can wheel. im looking to see whats out there. Because i dont want to spend a fortune i think it limits me to pretty much xj's but looking for something with atleast 33's and something that already has axels set up to handle 33's to 35's

    but im open to anything.

    lets see whats out there.
    -98 XJ 4.5" lift , 35's, trimmed, locked, geared, flexy
    -14 Subaru STI hatch Stage 2ish
    -54 Dodge Power wagon M-37
    -57 GMC Pickup

      ive got an 87 yota excab 5 spd 22r with 34 tsl's
      its got everything you need to do the SAS
      4" Marlin Crawler springs
      diff guard axle trussed and gussetted not bent either
      complete solid front axle from 85 4runner (needs to be put together)
      includes TG front spring hanger kit with shackles
      spare rear toyota 8inch w spare shafts and brakes
      brand new superwinch 8000lb NIB
      also have aisin solid axle hubs and NIB TG knuckle rebuild kit
      stock birfs
      truck runs absolutely mint
      removable doors so youll still have a taste of XJ life,lol
      TG 14" shock hoops
      bearings and etcetc

      all you got to do is put it together and beat the piss out of it


      3500 for everything

        i have a 99xj, still stock, but order up a budget boost and throw some 33's on it and it'll wheel all day long.

        99 is one of the prime years too, hp d30 front with the larger ujoints and a 29 spline 8.25 rear end.

        new trans, 120k miles, would be an excellent truck for wheeling, its relatively cheap and isn't on the verge of death
        No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.
