31 inch tires

so here is the scoop i am home from school for the weekend and my dad realllly needs tires he is looking for a 31 inch tire for a 15 inch rim. i would like to find something this weekend because he has no clue what he is looking at.

anything out there an all terrain would be perfect or a street tred no mud tires tho.
