american made vise

I'm trying to find an older high quality AMERICAN made vise. I just got a Yost mechanics vise in the mail today and I couldn't possibly be more disappointed in the quality. Their website says made in America but its all a marketing ploy. Its apparently only their industrial vises that are made in America and they cost upwards of $1000.00. Like no kidding for $200 this vise is an absolute piece of junk. Its sloppy, not painted coorectly, uses junk hardware and overall it is just junk. Anybody have any suggestions or anything they'd be willing to part with?
